Kimchi Burgers Anyone? January 31, 2010
I love Kimchi, well actually I love all fermented cabbage. But Kimchi, it is just a wonderful condiment!! The last few weeks we have been having Kimchi burgers on Friday nights. Even in sub-zero temperatures we have fired up the grill and made our burgers and toasted our buns, baked our sweet potato fries and loaded on the kimchi. Yummish!! If you haven’t tried Kimchi yet, do so on a burger, you won’t regret it.
